dry, draining and rich in minerals.

Vineyards: counter-espalier with high planting density.
Yield per hectare: 50 quintals.
Vinification: maceration on the skins for 12/15 days at a controlled temperature,
refinement in steel.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: spicy notes with hints of toasted.
Taste: dry, full and pleasantly tannic.
Pairings: red meats, game, roasts, aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18 degrees.
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
