Payments
The prices shown are valid only for Italy and include VAT, containers, packaging.
Delivery to the Customer's home is not included in the price shown
Shipping costs vary only for the payment method
- 7,00€ for payments by credit card, pa or bank transfer;
- 12,00€ for payments on delivery of the order.
Payment can be made:
- a. delivery of the goods;
- b. online using the Postepay Credit Card, PayPal or top-up.
- c. Bank transfer, order fulfilled at the credit of the transfer
The purchase through the use of the Credit Card involves the entry of the card data.
The Pistachio of Corica Alfio, despite possessing a modern IT system and the necessary skills to ensure its safety, has nevertheless decided, in order to offer a higher guarantee to its Customers, to enter into an agreement with "PayPal", so that it manages the collected data on its behalf. It was also possible to extend the types of cards accepted. In the context of this choice, it was decided to charge at the same time as the authorization of the Charter, which takes place at the time of the order.
The subjects obliged to request an invoice must request it at the time of ordering, communicating the VAT Number, also writing to: info@ilpistacchio.it.
delivery
Pistachio delivers directly to the home indicated by customers at the time of ordering;
the goods ordered therefore travel completely at risk of Il Pistacchio.
Depending on the destination area of the goods, deliveries can take place in a period of time that varies from 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise, in the Christmas period, given the amount of work that couriers have, delays can be up to several days.
Delivery Areas
Pistachio makes deliveries throughout the national territory using its own distribution system.
Unavailability of products
If the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, we will inform the Customer promptly by agreeing on the methods of delivery of what is available.
Cancellation of orders
Pistachio provides registered customers on the Internet with an online tool for cancelling orders sent.
The une registered Customer can proceed with the cancellation by calling the phone number: 095-2935495 or by sending a report to the EMail address info@ilpistacchio.it.

Pistachio provides customers registered on the Internet with an online tool for viewing the current status of orders sent.
recess
The Customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N°206, has the right to withdraw from the Contract and proceed to the return of the goods within 10 days ofreceipt,giving notice to Il Pistacchio -Viale Catania, 62- 95034 Bronte, or by writing to the address info@ilpistacchio.it .
It will be the responsibility of Il Pistacchio to refund what is paid within 10 days of the return of the same.
N.B. Pistachio going far beyond what is established by current law, offers Friends Customers the formula "satisfied or refunded" and applies it in the broadest sense of the term. So tell us about your every problem, we will take care to solve it quickly and in the best way.
Complaints
For any report, complaint or request for information you can contact directly the address: info@ilpistacchio.it (quoting the order number assigned to the conclusion of the order and reported in the order confirmation sent by E Mail.
Protection of minors
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed, unless under the control of an adult family member, to transmit orders through the online order form.
