Our pistachio was born on the lava soils on the slopes of Etna, and from the uniqueness of these lands it has its valuable organoleptic properties:
the taste, pronounced, pleasant and characteristic;
the smell, typical and unmistakable;
the color, a green with an intense and bright hue.
To these peculiarities is added a high nutritional value.
Thanks to its components, pistachio can be considered
a complete food and an important source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3, Omega 6) that reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and have antioxidant properties.
Pistachio can be enjoyed naturally as a snack, but it finds its classic and traditional use in numerous confectionery and gastronomic preparations: ice creams, cakes, creams, first and second courses.

The product in question does not come from GMOs
