Ingredients: wheat flour type 00, butter (contains milk), egg yolk, sugar, candied pear 10.3% (pear, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavoring), sourdough, Modica chocolate chips 8.8% (cocoa paste (55% min), sugar), dark chocolate 4.2% (cocoa mass; sugar; cocoa butter; emulsifier: soy lecithin), wildflower honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) - acidifier: acetic acid, flavorings.
It does not contain raisins and candied citrus peels.
