RECIPE - HAZELNUT ICE CREAM
1 PREPARED FOR FIOR DI LATTE ICE CREAM (200g)
500 ml MILK
80/100g HAZELNUT PASTE
Dissolve the contents of the fior di latte preparation bag in 500ml of milk and add the hazelnut paste. Prepare with the Ice Cream Maker, the Food Processor or Electric Frullino.
RECIPE - PROFESSIONAL HAZELNUT ICE CREAM
450 ml MILK
100g FRESH CREAM (35%)
80/100g HAZELNUT PASTE
Heat 450gr. of Whole Milk almost to the boiling point. Remove from heat. Dissolve the contents of the bag well in the hot milk and then add 100gr. of Fresh Cream (35%). Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator. When the mixture is cold, pour into the ice cream maker and keep. A few minutes before extracting the Ice Cream Maker, add 80/1000g of hazelnut paste.
