From the best citrus fruits of Sicily, which we personally select and care for throughout the ripening process, a set of delicious and original jams, full of the scents of our land and embellished with refined combinations. Made strong and tasty by the remarkable thermal excursion that characterizes the night-day alternation, citrus fruits grown in the shadow of the volcano are distinguished by the richness of flavonoids and polyphenols that make them unique in the world. Deprived of the outer peel - manually one by one - red oranges, lemons, mandarins and clementines are processed apart and then joined to the peels candied in zagara honey. The very high percentage of fruit used and the slow cooking and carefully controlled temperature enhance and preserve all original flavors and aromas. Finally, we add spices and dried fruits, here too we strictly choose among the best qualities produced on the slopes of Etna.
